SeedStake is a private, finance-style tracker for your betting and gambling activity. This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it.

The short version: your betting history is a private ledger, kept for your eyes. We are not a sportsbook, we do not take bets or hold funds, and we do not sell your activity.

Account information you provide when you sign up, such as your name, email address or sign-in-provider identifier, username, and date of birth. We use your date of birth only to enforce SeedStake's 18+ account requirement.

The entries you log — the sessions, bets, and positions you record — which make up your personal ledger.

Images or links you choose to submit for bet-slip extraction.

Optional location and venue information when you enable venue reminders or attach a place to an entry.

Basic technical and usage data (such as app version, device type, and crash diagnostics) used to keep the app working and improve it.

To provide the core service: storing your ledger and computing your analytics.

To confirm that you meet SeedStake's 18+ account requirement.

To extract entry details from an image or link when you ask us to do so.

To maintain, secure, and improve the app, including diagnosing crashes and errors.

To communicate with you about your account and important service updates.

Your ledger is yours. You can view, edit, and delete your entries, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data.

We do not sell your personal information or betting activity, and we do not share your ledger with other users.

We use service providers to operate and improve the app, including Supabase for hosting and authentication, Apple and RevenueCat for subscription billing, OpenAI for slip extraction, Google Places for venue search, and PostHog and Sentry for analytics and diagnostics when enabled. These providers process limited data on our behalf under their own terms and safeguards.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but access to your ledger is gated behind authentication.

SeedStake is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
